DENVER METRO BOMA ANNOUNCES NEW LEADER
Sara Reynolds Named Chief Executive Officer Following Nationwide Search
Denver, CO (July 31, 2026) — Association leader Sara Reynolds has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Denver Metro BOMA, a nonprofit trade association representing owners and managers of commercial offices and other commercial buildings. With a career spanning more than twenty years in Colorado, Reynolds brings a deep commitment to mission-driven work and a proven ability to lead organizations toward sustainable growth and impact.
As Chief Executive Officer, Reynolds will shape the future of the organization, drive strategic initiatives, and strengthen the organization’s impact on the local and national real estate landscape.
Most recently, Reynolds founded and led Accelerated Impact Solutions, a strategic consulting practice advising associations, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, foundations, and private-sector partners on organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, governance, coalition development, and public affairs initiatives. For the Colorado Gives Foundation, she facilitated implementation of the Jeffco Housing Blueprint through collaboration among municipal leaders, business organizations, housing partners, and community stakeholders.
Previously, she was Executive Director of the Colorado Energy Foundation and Vice President, Operations of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director of Housing Colorado.

Currently, Reynolds is a Board member of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado serving on both the Board of Trustees and the Communications Advisory Board and a Board member of the University of Colorado School of Public Affairs, having served as Board Chair from 2023-2025.

Reynolds is a graduate of University of Colorado with an M.P.A. and has completed a B.A. in Geography from Calvin College.
She will assume her responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Denver Metro BOMA on August 31, 2026.
