BOMA Emerging Professionals




An Emerging Professional is defined as any level of emerging professional, with 7 years of less in the commercial real estate industry, and who works in the member building under which they are affiliated. 

The Emerging Professional committee is dedicated to cultivating and leading a young, vibrant and professional population of commercial real estate professionals.  This committee is designed for professionals to come together to meet with peers, to share experiences, learn more about the commercial real estate industry and network in a professional environment.

The committee produces several education events designated for the specific needs of commercial real estate professionals and cover topics for both professionals newer to the industry and established professionals.


Emerging Professional Events: 

May 30th: Seminar: Personal Brand and Business Etiquette 101 & Tour of OPTIV building tour

June 26th: Mentorship Program Launch, Mentor/Mentees Meet-up, and building tour at the Hub 

Beginning June 27th (five classes): BOMA International Foundations of Commercial Real Estate

August (date TBD): Seminar: Critical Skills Art of Administration

October 30th: Stories of Success

December: Holiday Decoration Lobby Toru and Happy Hour
