Denver's Cornerstone of the Commercial Real Estate Industry

Membership in Denver Metro BOMA is all about opportunity - to learn, to grow and to effect positive change in the building ownership and commercial property management industry. Through professional and personal contacts, we share resources, learn new information and procedures and tap into the collective knowledge and experience of leaders in Denver's commercial real estate industry.

Members of Denver Metro BOMA own or manage over 80 million square feet of downtown and suburban commercial properties. Since 1920, Denver Metro BOMA has represented commercial real estate interests to the state legislature and to city, county and local jurisdictions around the area. From code adherence to tenant relations to the latest in building system technology - Denver Metro BOMA is the information source with an established track record of providing tools to make its members successful in the industry. And, as a member, you are automatically affiliated with BOMA International - yet another source of career-building information.

More high-level commercial real-estate professionals turn to BOMA for the latest product and industry information than any other source.

BOMA International will be holding its 2008 Conference and the Office Building Show at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver June 21-24, 2008. Denver Metro BOMA is pleased to be the local host association for this event. We expect approximately 4,000 commercial real estate professionals to attend, including many from other countries. We look forward to welcoming BOMA members from all over the world to our beautiful city. Denver is a vibrant city with the spectacular Rocky Mountains on the western horizon providing a scenic backdrop, not to mention a sense of direction. Imagine a place where you can enjoy the snow and a sunny patio in the same afternoon - where the sun shines more than 300 days per year. Get to know our city while experiencing the 101st BOMA International Convention.
