means any person, other than a natural person, or any group of two or
more persons, including natural persons that have accepted or made
contributions or expenditures in excess of $200 to support or oppose the
nomination or election of one or more candidates. Political
Committee does not include political parties, issue committees, or
candidate committees. “Person” means any natural
person, partnership, committee, association, corporation, labor
organization, political party, or other organization or group of
persons.
Political committees may not accept more than $525 per contributor

BOMA International PAC
BOMAPAC is BOMA International’s federal political
action committee. Whether or not you are politically
“active”, there is no better way to support the candidates
and the issues that impact your professional and personal lives. Help us
to ensure that congressional seats are held by individuals who
understand real estate’s issues and challenges and can have a
positive impact on your livelihood.
By contributing to BOMAPAC you are strengthening our
industry's voice on Capitol Hill. In supporting the re-election
campaigns of our friends on the hill, we show our appreciation for their
willingness to learn more about our industry and assist us in moving
important legislation forward. These members of Congress
eventually vote on issues impacting your business, and the industry as a
whole.
Who can contribute? BOMA members, with the
exception of foreign nationals, are eligible to contribute to
BOMAPAC. However, donations must be personal, not corporate. You
