Principal members to interact. All Allied company designated members are
automatically part of this committee. Any BOMA member may attend. |

Government Affairs Committee

| Reviews, plans,
monitors, and recommends policy on local, state, national, and
regulatory issues and legislation which impacts the commercial real
estate industry. |

Legislative Affairs
Committee

| Coordinate with
BOMA’s lobbyists; review, monitor, promote, and/or testify in
support of or in opposition to state or local legislation, amendments or
regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry. |

BOMA PAC (Political
Action Committee)

| The PAC covers the
state and works closely with Southern Colorado BOMA to raise funds and
support candidates for state offices, to strengthen BOMA's voice in who
gets elected. |

Environment Task Force

task force is committed to helping BOMA members measure and achieve
their sustainability goals. |

Membership Services
Committee

| Develops and
follows-up on prospective members to recruit new BOMA members. Also
educates BOMA members on the benefits of retaining BOMA membership.
Studies and recommends policies and procedures relating to the building
and maintenance of membership. Reviews other member programs and
services. |

Education
Committee

|
| Plans, conducts,
and evaluates the professional designation (RPA, SMA, and FMA) programs
as well as workshops and seminars on issues affecting the industry. |

Programs Committee

| Determines and
plans the short and long term programming needs (monthly luncheon
presentations) of the membership. Activities include monthly membership
meetings, building tours, special outings. |

BOMA Outreach

|
| Maintains a
framework for members to address common concerns that arise among City
of Denver or surrounding jurisdictions building, fire departments, or
other agencies and BOMA member buildings. The Forum also acts as a
sounding board for new ideas and solutions. |

Committee

| Coordinates the
Building and Member of the Year processes. |

Public
Relations Committee

| Maintains
BOMA’s relationship with local publications and promotes BOMA with
regular advertising in such publications. Produces two special
supplements, articles and advertising in trade publications. Creates,
distributes and solicits advertising and articles for BOMA's monthly
newsletter. |

By-Laws and
Policies Committee

| Annually reviews
BOMA’s governing documents; develops and prepares amendments to be
submitted for review and approval by the Board or the membership. |

Community
Affairs Committee

| Coordinates
BOMA’s involvement with community organizations. Plans, and
coordinates community affairs events and activities. Provides assistance
to BOMA charities. |

TOBY Awards
Celebration Task Force

| Plans and conducts
both the TOBY Awards Celebration program and the recognition ceremony
for recipients of the Buildings and Members of the Year Awards. |

Conference Task Force

coordinates the annual BOMA Trade Show and Conference held each
spring. |

collection, reporting, publishing, and promotion of industry data
