Our “EBOM Series” picks up with work on LEED Dynamic Plaque. A new tool from the USGBC, LEED Dynamic Plaque can be used to recertify buildings that have LEED EB / EBOM / O+M certifications, or to track performance of buildings that have received a LEED certification during the initial construction. There is also an option for buildings that have never been certified to opt in to LEED Dynamic Plaque.
This session will provide an overview of LEED Dynamic Plaque, but primarily focus on conducting the carbon dioxide and volatile organic compound air testing required for the Human Experience track of the platform. The class will be walking throughout the project building taking air samples for the majority of the day.
